Driving On The Roads In Grays

Grays is a small town in Essex and is 2 miles east of the M25 motorway. Learning to drive in Grays will give you plenty of opportunities to broaden your experience with the wider towns and nearby villages. Grays itself is not too big. It has a smallish town centre, some roundabouts, traffic lights nad typical type junctions you will find in most areas. Once you are familiar with Grays, your driving instructor will take you out of town to develop your driving experiences. These places may include Gravesend, Basildon and Romford and Brentwood.

Once you are more confident and have mastered the basics, your driving instructor will give you lots of practice in other nearby areas also. Which will be good, for route planning and independent driving. Other local areas may be Tilbury, North Stifford, Purfleet, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, Linford, Stanford-le-Hope, Bulpham, Upminster, Darenth, Swanscombe.

Your nearest theory test centre is Basildon. Your nearest driving test centre is Tilbury. When it comes to your driving test, your driving instructor will base your remaining intensive driving course hours near your chosen driving test centre. This will enable you to develop more local skills and go through any complex road layouts and unexpected difficult areas.
