When booking a driving course, it’s very important to make sure you know the perfect course for you. We believe all learners are at different stages in their driving progress, that’s why LPOD Academy will be here to guide choosing the right course for you in the beginning. To give you more understanding of the different courses, here are the 3 descriptions you may read. Beginner – You may look at our Gold / Platinum courses if you are just about to start your driving journey. At LPOD Academy, we have flexible courses perfect for beginners or novice drivers. These courses are ranging from 35 – 50 hours. These are suited for learners who have very little driving practice, or even those who have never driven before. 

Intermediate – If you stopped your driving practice before for some reason, you may want to continue your driving journey by booking our Silver Courses. These courses will help you discover all the driving techniques and go over that all-important driving test sheet!

Experienced – Our Bronze courses will suit you best if you have recently failed your test and looking for a course to assess your current driving ability. These courses will help you keep the momentum going especially if you have failed a test. Your driving instructor will help you become the best version of yourself for your test.

Lewisham is based on the SE13 postcode and all of the other surrounding villages. Around Lewisham are other places/settlements such as Greenwich, Forest Hill, Dulwich, East Dulwich, Rotherhithe, Brixton, Bermondsey, Southwark, Bromley & Stepney. All our driving courses are designed to give our learner drivers the very best start to life on the road.

Lewisham has no test centre itself. So taking your practical test will require you to travel to other test centres near the town such as Croydon and Sidcup.

Our main goal with every intensive course is to make sure you’re test standard and familiar with the area before taking your test. To know more about the different test centres, please visit our practical test centres index page.

Lewisham does not have its own test centre, this will require a trip to the nearby test centre that would be situated in Croydon. You cannot book a practical until you’ve passed the theory test, that’s why taking a theory test is very important.

With all our intensive driving courses in Lewisham, we don’t mind if you have not passed your theory yet. We like to take on learners who have not got their theory as we believe it’s just as important as the practical test.
