Driving in Carterton will prepare new learner drivers to become test standard and safe drivers. With a population of 15,000, Carterton will only provide you with the opportunity to learn in basic roads, easy to read high streets and residential areas. To advance to more challenging roads, you will have to travel to major places such as Oxford, Witney and Cirencester.
Carterton is also near villages and other small settlements. You will get the opportunity to travel to these, and practise on small country roads, animals in the road and village driving. Such places you will visit during your intensive driving course Carterton are Shilton, Brize Norton, Alvescot, Black Bourton, Lew, Curbridge, Worsham, Bampton and Westwell.

This depends on which course you choose, the demand in your area, and the time of year. Typically we will advise 5 weeks but often we can d this sooner. If you have your theory test we may be able to arrange your course in a shorter period of time.
We have courses ranging from 10 - 50 hours. If you are a new driver we advise either a 40 or 45-hour course. If you have previously had a test, we would advise 10 or 15 depending on when you had your test and what you failed for.
