Bath was created by the Romans and has a rich history of tight narrow roads, Tight Corners making the roads not the easiest compared to any other place in the UK.

When learning to drive in Bath, you will get to drive to nearby places Baths such as Combe Down, Bathampton, Batheaston, Box, Corston, Box, Bradford-on-Avon and Trowbridge during your intensive driving lessons. If you are not based in Bath, you can also book your course in other nearby towns such as Trowbridge, Melksham & Chippenham.

When you reach the last few hours of your course, you will be learning the local test routes in Trowbridge or any other test centre to gain useful knowledge prior to taking your test! The last 5 – 10 hours of your course will be used to prepare and practice for the practical driving test.

Our one-week intensive driving courses in Bath are tailored to you and it doesn’t follow a “one size fits all” criteria. We customise your course that fits your availability, experience, learning styles and preferences. If you are short on time, we will work around your commitments with your employment, childcare commitments and much more!

Your driving instructor will pick you up from your home or work address and start your training session. During your session, you will expect to do 3 – 6 hours per day and sessions will have a break during the course. We do courses between 10 – 5 hours and you can discuss with a team member on 0800 112 3515.

Once you are more confident and able to drive at test standards, you can start preparing for your practical driving test. As Bath does not have a local test centre, you will venture out to other local towns such as Chippenham or Trowbridge to learn the area so you become more farmiliar with the routes and roads.

The nearest test centre to Bath is Trowbridge. Your training will be based in and around Bath when you start your course, but when your practical driving test is booked near, your driving instructor in Bath will take you out of town to Trowbridge to learn test routes and driving test procedures.

If you don’t pass on your first attempt, you are eligible for a free retest if your course booking was the Silver 20 or higher! If you only failed by a serious and a couple of minors, it is advisable to rebook our Bronze 5 course to ensure you are ready for your next test!
