Beginner – You may need to look at our Platinum / Gold courses if you have very little experience driving a car. These courses are designed to help you cover all of the driving topics and go from the very beginning of your course to the end of your journey. These courses will usually last over 2 weeks. You can pass your test in just weeks, not months. Kindly book in advance so you can secure more preferable test dates!
Intermediate – If you feel you are ready to take a test, then book our Silver courses as this medium-sized course will serve as your tool to closing the gap between where you’re currently at with your driving to becoming test standard. If you have some practice or had lessons a while ago, our Silver courses suit you best.
Experienced – Our Bronze courses are curated to make all learner drivers test standard before they go to test. So if you have driven abroad and need to transfer to a UK licence or do you need to pass your driving test as you have one booked, these courses are best for you. Talk to one of our friendly members for more information. No matter what your situation is, we can help.

LPOD Academy is aiming to help learners to become test standard and be familiar with the area prior to taking their driving test.
As Orpington does not have a practical test centre itself, taking the test will require you to travel to other nearby centres that would be situated in Sidcup and Morden. Our driving instructors will take you to these centres prior to taking your test.
All our intensive driving courses are designed to give our learner drivers the very best start to life on the road. If you need more information on different test centres, you may visit our practical test centres index page.
Your theory test is as important as your practical. Booking a practical test is impossible until you’ve passed your theory test. As part of our intensive driving courses, we will accept you whether you passed your theory or not. We have included an online course that will give you better chances of passing your theory test easily.
Orpington does not have its own theory test centre, this will require you to travel to the nearest test centre located in Sidcup.
We also offer a free retest if you don’t pass the first time, this is featured in all our driving courses above 20 hours.
