You can bring your own vehicle to test, but make sure you are accompanied by someone who is insured and has a license for at least 3 years.
When getting to Birmingham (Kings Heath) test centre, you will be required to travel to the Alcester Road from the South. You can use the A435 road to get to the Alcester Road. From Alcester Road, you will encounter the Stot Fold Road. Then, the test centre is located near Boots Health and Beauty Shop.
