This privacy & data protection policy will go over when and why we collect your personal information about people who visit and or book an intensive driving course.

We sell driving courses to learners of all abilities and arrange training with approved driving instructors.

 

How we obtain your information

We collect your personal data when using our website, sign-up forms, contact us through email, telephone, and when you positively opt-in to any of our marketing newsletters.

 

What type of information is collected from you?

We collect data about your name, email address, address, IP Address, phone number, and relevant information about driving like driving license numbers, theory test certificate numbers, and other bits of information.

 

When paying or booking a course with us, we use third-party payment processors such as Paypal, Stripe, and Worldpay to process your billing information. We do not store any billing information, it is collected by the payment processors themselves, who specialize in secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

 

How do we use your personal data?

  • Book and process your course booking;
  • Share with an approved driving instructor (the allocated driving instructor)
  • To book theory and practical test(s) on the DVSA’s website;
  • To process “over the phone” payments using WorldPay
  • Notify you of any changes to your intensive driving course
  • To inform you about our services, offers, and promotions.
  • To ask for feedback on the service you have received.
  • Set up cancellation checkers on cancellation checkers 4 all.

We may retain your information in order for us to carry out our services such as retest(s). We will only your information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.

 

Who can access your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

 

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third parties may also share information about the course booker/course recipient in any circumstance. This could be shared when a complaint, event, or any circumstance arises and is necessary to establish the facts/evidence of a particular case.

 

When you are using our secure online payment pages, your course booking is processed by a third-party payment processor (Worldpay, Stripe, or Paypal), which specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
