Picking the right course for you is very important. We want to make sure you receive the best care and training when it comes to passing your driving test. The average learner needs approximately 50 hours of tuition (DVSA) and half again in private practice. When choosing the right course for you – you can either use our course recommender quiz or call us on 0800 112 3515 or you can check out our courses section here where you can watch our videos and read the descriptions. Alternatively, you can always email us or call 0800 112 3515 and we will be happy to help you where we can.
Beginner – Our beginner courses range from 35 hours to 50 hours. This of course depends on several factors. If you are a more confident driver and had a few hours of training we would typically advise our 35 courses. If you are a brand new driver but less confident we would advise either the 45-hour or our platinum 50-hour course.
Intermediate – Our intermediate courses range from 20 hours to 30 hours in duration. Again, this is dependent upon what previous experience you may have. If you have had 20-30 hours and are quite confident but need to practice reversing, master roundabouts and of course independent driving, then we would recommend either our 20 or 25-hour course. If you have had less than 20 hours we would advise our 30-hour course.
Experienced – Our experienced courses are our bronze 1o and our bronze 15-hour courses. These courses are ONLY suitable for experienced and confident drivers. Typically students may have already had a test, be a previous full licence holder, or are international drivers looking to pass the UK driving test. If you have still some training to do our bronze 15 hours or silver 20-hour course will be the best option.
