What happens if I fail my driving test?

The first thing we will do is rebook you a test. Depending on your booking, we will book you another test for asap. Your driving instructor will assess how many extra lessons you will need prior to taking your next test.

My theory runs out soon, can I still book?

Yes of course! If your theory is running out soon, we can search for driving test cancellations and aim to plan your course around your test date. This won’t always be the case. Depending on the time of year, we may need more notice or less.

Can I refund my deposit once I have completed my course?

The deposit is part of the whole course cost. If you wanted to cancel outside of the course cancellation conditions, then we will be able to arrange this for you!

What times of the day am I doing lessons?

Your driving instructor will contact you to discuss a plan for your training. This is when you can both liaise and discuss different timings for your course that work best for you.

What happens if my course is affected by a pandemic or something similar?

This will depend on the nature of what’s affecting your course. We will always have material on our website that will explain the process if such things were to happen.
