Truro is a cathedral city based in Cornwall. It is appointed as Cornwall’s country town and the centre of all things leisure, administration and retail. Driving around Truro will be a mix of old and new roads. The city centre has bricked roads which makes the road bumpy to drive on. Although mostly residential, Truro does attract many tourists during the summer months and there will be high volumes of pedestrians walking on the roads, which will test your concentration and surroundings.
As Truro has only got a few types of roads, your course will also be conducted in other places like Falmouth, Camborne and Redruth. And you will also get to travel to many villages and parishes like St Clement, Malpas, Old Kes, Gloweth, Shortlanesend, Idless, Bodrean, Treseillian, Playing Place, Canon Downs and Threemilestone.
Truro does not have a test centre but you will be taken to either Bodmin or Camborne to learn the local area.
