Beginner – Do you have a little driving experience but want to be a licence driver? Then, please take a look at our Platinum / Gold courses. We advise new candidates to book the course as it is designed to help you understand the driving topics. The usual time frame for this course will take over 2 – 3 weeks. Booking in advance is better and preferable as it will give you more time to choose your test dates!

Intermediate – If you had lessons a while ago, then you are almost there & ready to take a test. But a medium-sized course will help close the gap between where you’re currently at to becoming test standard.

Experienced – Our Bronze courses are designed to help all learner drivers to become test standard before they go to test. So if you have driven abroad and need to transfer to a UK licence or do you need to pass your driving test as you have one booked, these courses are best for you. All intensive course is to intended to help drivers become test standard. These courses also help you to be familiar with the area you are about to take your test!

Whitby has its own test centre. So it would be convenient if you live here in town as you will not be needing to travel to the nearby towns to take your test. However, you are still welcome to take your test anywhere you want. There are test centres you can visit that would be situated in Scarborough and in Middlesbrough too.

Passing your theory test is the first step in everyone’s learning journey. Without it, taking a practical test is impossible. We put as much emphasis on the theory as we do the practical. Whitby does not have a theory test centre itself. The nearest theory test centre would be situated in Scarborough.

Sometimes, learners purchasing a theory guide or downloading a theory app wouldn’t be enough. It can lead to not passing the theory test in any desired time frame.
