By car, take the M27 and come off at Junction 11, then follow signs for the town centre, where parking is available nearby. Rail travellers can head for Fareham Railway Station, which leaves a short walk or a quick local bus ride to reach the test centre. If you’re using the bus, look for a service that stops at Fareham Bus Station, within walking distance of the venue.
Junction 11 can back up during rush hour, so if your appointment falls early morning or late afternoon, allow extra time on the M27 itself before you even reach the town centre. If you don’t pass first time, the DVSA requires a wait of at least three working days before you can book another attempt, so factor that into your revision schedule. Your result is given straight away, before you even leave the room.
