Dorchester is a small town in Dorset. With a population of approximately 10,000 people. Based near the A35, Dorchester is a stone’s throw from Weymouth and approximately 20 miles from Yeovil on the Somerset border. Roads around Dorchester are NOT as busy as neighbouring towns. With the vast amount of country lanes and minimal dual carriageways, learning to drive in Dorchester will ease you into life on the road as a driver. Once you have gained the basics of driving, you can expect to travel further afield to places such as Weymouth, Wareham and Poole.

Towards the end of your course, you will need to reserve the remaining few hours for your driving test. Once you are confident in all of the areas of driving, and you have had some practice in the test centre area, you will ready to pass your driving test.
