Establishing which course you need is vital to ensure you’re prepared for your driving test. If you’re unsure about which course is best for you, then here is a brief guide on what to look for, depending on your current circumstance. Below is a brief description of 3 levels and one of these will apply to you dependant on your current driving background. Beginner – If you have no or very little driving experience a car, then you may need to look at our Platinum / Gold courses. These are designed to help you cover all of the driving topics and go from A – Z in the driving syllabus. Usually, these courses will last over 2 or more weeks. If you need to book time off or have limited time for these courses, then booking in advanced is better as you can secure more preferable dates!

Intermediate – If you have some practice or had lessons a while ago, then you are almost there & ready to take a test. But a medium-sized course will help close the gap between from where you’re currently at to becoming test standard.

Experienced – Courses for experienced drivers usually need our Bronze courses. If you have failed a driving test and need a quick refresher course to crack on with your test, then this is right for you. If you have lots of training and not had much test training either, these courses are good to overview your driving and go over any bad habits, areas of weakness, prior to your driving test.

Seaton does not have its own test centre. So when taking your driving test, you will require travel to the nearby town. There are test centres located at Taunton and Exeter where you can take your test. Although they are far from Seaton, your instructor will take you to these places when it comes to your test.

Seaton does not have its own theory test centre, this will require you to travel to the nearest test centre that would be situated in Axminster.

Booking a practical is impossible until you’ve passed your theory test, that’s why taking a theory test is very important.

With all our intensive driving courses in Seaton, we don’t mind if you have not passed your theory yet. We like to take on learners who have not got their theory as we believe it’s just as important as the practical test.
