Parking is not available on site, so check nearby business park facilities before you arrive. There is no access to toilets. Disabled access is not provided at this centre; candidates who need step-free or accessible facilities should check with DVSA about testing from the Jupiter Road centre instead. Car tests and motorcycle tests are both conducted here. Bring your provisional licence and theory test pass certificate number, and arrive with enough time to park nearby and walk in. As with any DVSA test, expect a tell me and show me vehicle safety question, and remember the test allows up to 15 minor faults before failing, with a single serious or dangerous fault ending the test immediately.

Approaching from the west, the A47 carries most of the traffic towards this side of Norwich, and once it meets Ipswich Road, the route continues on to the turn-off for Broadland Business Park. That turn-off is effectively the landmark to look for, since Peachman Way itself sits within the business park rather than on a through road. Drivers from the north or east typically join the A1042, which runs close to the business park and connects it to the rest of the city’s ring road network.
Because Peachman Way is set within a business park rather than a residential area, test routes here often start with lower-speed manoeuvring around the park itself before heading out onto the A47 or A1042 for faster driving. An LPOD Academy intensive course, such as Bronze 15 or Gold 40, practises this exact sequence, since starting slow and finishing fast catches learners out if they have only ever driven the reverse pattern. Business park roads also empty out noticeably outside office hours, so instructors running a consecutive-day course here will often mix lesson times deliberately, some during the working day when Peachman Way itself is busier with commuter traffic, others outside those hours when the surrounding A47 and A1042 stretches are clearer, so a learner sees both extremes before their actual test.
Most candidates here come from Norwich itself, with some travelling from Wymondham and the surrounding south Norfolk villages. Because there is no parking directly at the centre, allow extra time to find a spot within the business park and walk the rest of the way, particularly during the working week when the park itself is busy with commuters.
