Finding out which course is best for you is very important when deciding to do an intensive course. You will need to first work out where you’re at with your driving if you’re still unsure of what course is best for you. Below are some descriptions labeled as beginner, intermediate & experienced. Beginner – You may need to look at our Platinum / Gold courses if you have very little experience driving a car. These courses are curated to help you cover all of the driving topics and go from A – Z in the driving syllabus. Courses can be 2 weeks long typically. You will need to be available for most part of the day to ensure we can accommodate your diary.
Intermediate – Have you done some driving practice before and have stopped? You may want to continue your driving journey by booking our Silver Courses. These courses will help you brush up on your driving technique and go over that all-important driving test sheet! Boom a silver course today and continue your driving journey.
Experienced – An experienced driver like you usually needs our Bronze courses. If you have lots of training or not had much test training either, these courses are best for you. These courses are designed to overview your driving and go over any bad habits and areas of weakness prior to your driving test.

To help you pass your test real quick, we provide you with a local instructor and we go above and beyond online as well as offline. Throughout your course, you will receive training in the town where your test is booked for and be prepared.
Kilwinning has no local test centre on its own. This will require you to travel to other nearby test centres that would be situated in Ayr & Greenock. We have our driving instructor who will pick you up from wherever you like within Kilwinning and take you to your test centre prior to taking a test.

It is ideal to pass your theory test before booking your practical, however, with all our courses, we don’t mind if you have not passed your theory yet. We like to take on learners who have not got their theory as we believe it’s just as important as the practical test.
If you don’t pass your test the first time, you can take our free retest that would be featured on all our driving courses above 20 hours.

Which course is best for me?
We go by the DVSA's recommended amount of time needed to pass a driving test. This is currently at 47 hours. This means that if you have had 20 hours of training previously we would expect you to need 25 hours of training to get to a good level to pass a driving test. However, there are many factors to consider; how long ago you had lessons, how well you did. Whether you suffer from anxiety or deep-rooted nerves. Do I need to pass my theory before I book a course?
It is ideal if you have passed your theory. Many students have not got their theory when they book a course. We will help you pass your theory before your course starts with our online training programme.
